STM-VD series ventilated drying sterilizer

    Product Overview:
    The STM-VD series ventilated drying sterilizer forms a directional circulation of air and steam mixture medium in the sterilization chamber through forced convection fans and flow guiding devices, which can completely penetrate the sterilized items. The equipment is heated and sterilized by steam directly entering the chamber. Cooling is achieved through high-performance heat exchange coils inside the equipment. During the sterilization process, the pressure inside the sterilization chamber is controlled by the clean air entering the chamber, providing a balanced pressure state to protect the sterilized items. The equipment is mainly used for sterilization of pre filling and sealing syringes, powder liquid double chamber bags, blood bags, facial mask strip bags and other products.  
    Performance characteristics:
    1. Material of the cavity: The annular reinforcing rib structure and the unique combination of the inner shell and annular jacket enhance the strength and stiffness of the main body. The pressure vessel design has high pressure strength and a lifespan of up to 10 years/20000 cycles (optional 15 years/30000 cycles).
    2. Double door channel type, double door interlock, pressure safety interlock, liquid program and temperature door safety interlock.
    3. Pneumatic pressure driven sealing ring for automatic sealing, new high-quality high tear resistant silicone rubber circular door sealing ring, special coating surface, wear-resistant and smooth, good sealing effect, long service life, up to 1500 times.  
    4. The main structure has a rectangular cross-section, with a ring reinforcing rib jacket and no end face flange structure. The sealing groove is directly welded to the two ends of the ring jacket. The material of the inner chamber, door panel, jacket, coil, and steam generator is S30408, and 316L inner chamber, door panel, and evaporator inner surface can be selected for mechanical polishing and electrolytic polishing treatment, with a surface roughness of ≤ 0.4.
    5. Control system: Adopting imported Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) and color touch screen for full process automatic program control, it automatically displays the operating process status, temperature, pressure, F0 value, time and other parameters.  
    6. Install a circulating fan at the top of the interior to ensure that the air and steam in the interior are fully mixed during the heating, sterilization, and cooling stages, avoiding air and steam stratification and ensuring uniform temperature in the interior.
    7. In the sterilization process, three control methods can be selected for sterilization control: temperature time control, F0 value control, and temperature time and F0 value composite control. Configure a paperless recorder by using built-in needles to print process data in real-time.
    8. Intelligent Maintenance System: Equipped with IoT remote monitoring and maintenance modules, it can connect to computers, tablets, or smartphones in real-time anywhere to access information about devices, including real-time and historical operation data, maintenance updates, fault alarms, and remote software upgrades.
    9. Pipeline system: Stainless steel sanitary grade pipelines are connected by clamps, and all welds are welded using an automatic welding machine;    The main control valve adopts imported German angle seat valve and Japanese SMC solenoid valve, equipped with German SPECK water ring vacuum pump.  
    10. Rapid cooling system: jacketed rapid water cooling or inner chamber equipped with coils for cooling, with clean compressed air entering the inner chamber. The temperature is uniformly and rapidly cooled down through a circulating fan, and the items are kept dry. The liquid temperature can be kept below the standard boiling point of 20 ℃ within about 30 minutes.
    11. Air filter: The filtration accuracy is 0.22 microns, and the sterilization rate reaches 99.97%.
